Darnell was very professional throughout our home buying experience! In our first meeting, he took serious interest in our needs, wants, and even the "best and worst case" scenarios we were willing to accept. From here, Darnell worked up and built a custom profile that helped in our home search. Setting up times to meet and view properties was very easy and always a great experience. Darnell would arrive early to make sure everything was set up and he would have information sheets regarding the houses ready for us. The more we were able to communicate with him, the more precise the information we got. During the time frame we were trying to buy, we needed the most accurate information to make decisions quickly. When we found the right home that checked all the blocks, Darnell was there through the entire process! Communication was never an issue with Darnell anytime day or night. An additional note: a few weeks after the house was purchased, Darnell personally came by to say hi and check on us. This was a very welcome surprise! I had never had the kind of follow through in any other home buying experience.

We had a hard, older home to sell in a bad market area. We had already been through two other agents/agencies and were not getting anywhere. Over a year later and a lot of frustration we came across Darnell. He was exceptional and very professional throughout the whole process. He offered suggestions but listened to us and our wishes. Even though this was not some big high dollar sale, he was relentless in his effort and in contact with us weekly and every step of the way. When he said he was going to do something, he did it. Darnell is a great guy and if you want to get your home sold, he will do the job and to your utmost satisfaction. I cannot say enough about our pleasure working with him.
